  • If you need to change your payment method we recommend you do this as soon as possible; you can modify your payment of your plan here.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:

  • We are integrated with the Stripe payment method, and accept all major card brands such as Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover.

  • If you are running into errors with TeamFlow not accepting payment or cannot access the payment options you can reach out to us at support@teamflow.com and we can look deeper into your issue.

MY CARD WAS DECLINED:

  • If your card was declined while you were trying to make a payment it could be a number of different issues.

  • The credit card may be expired - make sure you have the newest version of the payment method.

  • Double check your CVV number when entering the card information.

  • The transaction timed out.

  • If you are using a brand new credit card you might have reached your limit, sometimes banks will impose a limit on new cards to prevent fraud.

EMAILS

We use emails to keep you informed about TeamFlow along with posting updates to features, important company news, server updates and security issues. Emails are the quickest and most efficient way to contact our users.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS

To change the email associated with your account go to MY ACCOUNT on the top right hand side of the screen and click into your profile, there you can change the email in which we send you information and updates, it should be noted that in some instances you may have to re-enter you card information in order to confirm your account change.

WHEN DO I GET TEAMFLOW REPORTS

TeamFlow reports are curated information about your account, you can use this data to streamline your workflow or just simply check out the numbers

I DON'T WANT TO GET ANYMORE EMAILS

  • You can reply "STOP" to the last email or you can get in contact with us here at support@teamflow.com. We strongly suggest that you keep emails enabled as this is how you will be notified of a breach in security; without emails you could end up having your account frozen due to irregular behavior.

CLOSE ACCOUNT

  • It should be noted that once your account is closed it cannot be restored this includes your teams, swimlanes, diagrams, and data.

  • If you are closing an account keep in mind that there may be some outstanding billing in the higher tiers so any outstanding balance must be paid before the account can be completely closed down.
