  • If you do not have access to your email that you used to sign up with we will not be able to reset your password for security reasons. We use two-factor authentication.

  • In the future we will be building the functionality of adding in additional authentication such as a phone number in order to prove your identity should you forget your password.

  • If you are at a business try contacting your IT department in order to recover company credentials to log into TeamFlow.

  • In order to recover a lost password go to the initial TeamFlow sign in page;

  • Here you’ll be able to click the “Forgot your password?” link and put in your email address:

  • Allow us a few minutes to send you an authentication email to your email address, once here you can reset your password.

  • If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes check the email address again and make sure the spelling and cases are correct. And make sure that the email is the correct corresponding email you used to sign up with TeamFlow with.
