We take security very seriously, here you can reference some of the general issues that might arise for users when it comes to account integrity. You can always reach out to our customer support for the quickest response time when it comes to security issues, you can email us support@teamflow.com.

MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED

  • If your account has been suspended the issue might be one or two of the most common issues when it comes to irregular activity. One of the main reasons we have cause for concern is if your email was signing into your account from another IP address in another country. Once this happens the user will receive an email notifying them of the activity, if the user is not familiar with this location then we may suspend the account until the user can verify their information via email.

  • TeamFlow will NEVER ask you to send your password via email to us, if you are looking to report suspicious activity with your account please email us security@teamflow.com.

I THINK MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN COMPROMISED

  • If you received an email stating that your account has an outstanding security issue you can reply to the email to contact us.

I’M WORRIED ABOUT SECURITY

If you are worried about any level of suspicious activity you can email us at security@teamflow.com to notify our security response team.

  • Common malicious attempt tactics are phishing attempts via your email. TeamFlow will NEVER ask you to send your password via email to us and we use two-factor authentication along with the most up to date encryption protocols on all our servers and software.
